All have wood fires, baths, showers, fully self-contained , extra heating, bikes available to all and boogie boards, books tv/dvd. They are warm and comfortable and available for $150.00 per night for the shack//house. Escape the trappings of civilisation as you relax by the open fire, or in the Zen bath on the rocks by the sea.

King Island is famous for giant bull kelp, harvested each day for drying and used in cooking, cosmetics and medicines around the world. Watch the kelpers hoist in the enormous strands, explore the local town, visit the calcified forests, or one of the lighthouses, taste the famous King Island Dairy cheeses. At Lavinia Nature Reserve you can see endemic and migratory birds close at hand.
